Tuition Fee Agreement

If, to some extent, a clause in this agreement is unlawful, invalidated or not enforceable to some extent, that clause is excluded to the extent of that disability or inapplicability; all other conditions of these provisions remain fully in force and effective; and, to the extent possible and to the extent possible, the invalidable or unenforceable clause is deemed to be replaced by a valid and enforceable clause, which is closest to the intent of such a invalidable or unenforceable clause. The payment of all tuition, fees and fees is a commitment of the student to enroll at the University of Colorado Boulder (“University”). By agreeing with these terms and conditions, I authorize the university to put into my account all tuition and fees, as approved by the Council of Regent. I understand and agree that my registration and acceptance of these terms constitute an agreement on the title of debt (i.e. a financial commitment in the form of an education loan within the meaning of the U.S. Bankruptcy Act 11 U.S.C. , fees and other related costs up to the published or assigned due date. I understand that if I do not officially resign courses registered by published deadlines, I am responsible for paying all or part of the tuition fees and fees on the basis of the date I officially withdraw. Additional fees may be charged, including, but not limited, room, distribution and other department or university fees. See resignation of the semester. I understand that it is my responsibility to know and meet the deadlines that apply to my specific program. School registration takes place at the beginning of the school year. No reservations will be guaranteed to your child for the following school year, unless you enter into a new study contract with the school for this school year and you pay all the fees.

In the event that education or any fees on the published due date remain late and the school retains a lawyer or collection agency to recover the money owed, the signed parents or legal guardians agree to pay the legal fees and collection fees. Tuition fees are payable every 15 days of each month and are considered offenders if they are not paid after the due date. If a student payment is thirty (30) calendar days (or more), Maris Stella School may, at the sole discretion of the school, impose one or all of the following sanctions, unless special payment agreements have been signed in writing by the family and the principal. Sanctions include: This agreement replaces all agreements, representations, negotiations and prior correspondence between the student and the university and constitutes the whole agreement between the parties on the issues described.
