The site guides manufacturers at the appropriate rate and fringe sheets according to the specific type of production, as follows: IATSE Local 891 is one of the three unions that make up the British Columbia Council of Film Unions (BCCFU). The BCCFU Masteragrement is negotiated with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) and the Canadian Media Production Association (CMPA) and provides conditions for productions at all budget levels. The budget is defined in accordance with Articles 2.03 and S1.02 of the agreement, expressed in Canadian dollars and is defined as “the total budget of a project and includes compensation for tax credits and production incentives, but does not involve any contingencies of up to 10% of the budget, financing costs and obligations.”
